###  If anyone has any funds left there is an unbelieveable program in Obamanomics to help clean up toxic assets.  The lady at the bank told me about it, I thought she was making a joke.  I am  what they call a "private investor".  I bought a $420,000 dollar house, day before yesterday, for 132,000 with only 18,000 out of pocket.  Toxic assets are a wonderful thing and I take back all the bad things I said about Cris Dodd and Barney Franks and the payoffs they took.  I am serious about the program.  If you are interested in it I will be glad to send you info.
