[at-l] How important was freestanding for you?

You would be surprised at what people do. Then they feel put out if you want to use the shelter too. LOL.

Well, of course you don't set up your tent when there are other people in the shelter with you.  I use my Nomad as a bivy sack when I'm in a shelter that's cold and has other folks in it.  a'bear
