As the resident obstructionist, I feel we should appoint a commission to study this.  Senator Franken is a full 1/6 of posting.  I feel to restrict his posting rights is an abomination.

### Senator Franken, the function is additive when indexed over the 24 hour day, howsomeever, when integrated over that 24 hour day, there is also an integral diminution function (specifically, the inverse-humorless), which in your case, would sum to zero for every 24 hour swing. 1 + (-1) and all that. Sorry, dude. Even the slightest sense of humor would allow you to bank some..... but for now...

The prudent thing to do is, use it or lose it.
