        Okay, I finally decided to accept reality.  Starting in mid-September I had progressed (regressed?) to the point where I had gotten behind in my reading by 700 at-l emails.  I was only selectively looking at some and leaving others for later.  And that didn't even count the obviously political ones I had just deleted back during the election cycle.  It was obvious that at the rate I was going I was never going to catch up unless all you people would have just shut up for three weeks or so.  Yeah, like that would happen!

        So I just took the plunge and deleted 700 or so.  Did I miss anything?
