Jim's made a request but I'm a bit nervous about posting the rest of these with
all the footnotes. 
 
Please weigh in and let me know. 
 
As I said to him, the first email has 37 footnotes and the second has 22. It's
more work for me to strip them out so I don't mind re-posting #1 and #2 with
footnotes, and the rest that same way. Bandwidth is cheap if the interest is
there...
 
The remaining posts are all 1 to 2 printed pages, except for #8 which will run
3-4 pages. That's without the footnotes. I can't estimate the length with them
because they are actually "endnotes" in my Word document.
