Now...why would they put Siler, VA in Pennsylvania, Rosie? To confuse 
the Kentuckians?  

I couldn't find it intially either.  But, it is in the upper, northwest 
corner of VA....not too terribly far from Harper's Ferry. WNW of 
Winchester.
