Some banks are open. Unfortunately the one I work in is.
 
Most stores are open, many are even open tomorrow. Liquor stores are open tomorrow.
 
The local post office is closing at noon. Deliveries are being made today but not tomorrow.
 
Of couse, this is for Connecticut. YRMV.
