In Dallas, lots of places closed early today, and none of the city buildings (water, dept., town hall, etc.) were open. OTOH, the garbage was picked up. I noted that USA Today didn't publish today. In central TN, the courthouse where one of our daughters works was closed yesterday and today. It's very confusing. a'bear
