[at-l] Bug nets

the nets work ok in that area (did boundary waters w/o a net many years ago)
the aussie hat trick with corks and strings hanging down from the brim works
ok, too and isn't as confining .  .  . + the aussie hat trick just plain
looks funny and less like african queen . . . ;)
