[at-l] Followup on Takulich in Mahoosuc Notch

Having assisted in a stretcher carry at the end of my thru-hiker (almost
literally the end), from Little Niagara Falls to the Daicy Pond trailhead
(which may also be one of the EASIEST miles on the AT), anybody involved in
search and rescue has my highest respect and greatest thanks....  those
carries are no where as easy as they look....
