I have been using Provident Pantry Instant Nonfat Dry Milk for years. Lately I have been addling in Jay Robb unflavored whey powder for extra protein etc. Whey blends into almost anything hot or cold. Jay Robb's cost a bit more but the quality is better. bleeder guy
