Amen.

ummmm

i seem to recollect reading somewhere that buenos aires has the highest shrink to population ratio in the entire world and somehow I doubt the governor dated anyone from patagonia . . . and from my limited experience . . . well i won't go there . . . 'cept to say I think all us AT hiequers have had our collective reputations sorely tarnished and I think the govenor should be required to buy us all who want one AT license plates for the next 5 years . . .

Hey, they have trails in Argentina.  Think Patagonia (the region, not the clothing company).

Besides, Greenbriar, I think you have to be able to dance the tango to have an affair in Argentina.

Well, I was close with my guess of an affair with Edwards.

I guess I've been doing this AT hiking all wrong.  Hmm, Argentina...

This story gets worse and worse.  Now he's admited to an affair with an Agentinian woman.  That's a long way from an AT hiking getaway.  I'm just sayin'

oh well, now that we know what *normal* people think of those of us who hike the AT ("erratic" and what not)
it turns out the AT story was just a ruse for a multiple day drive along an unknown Argentine coastal road?

shrinks amongst us: what is the fugue state of mind and doesn't it lead sometimes to oddball travel?

does all this weirdly lead to Bach and thence to Hoffstadter's Goedel Escher Bach?

have fun y'all . . .
