Invester know that Fed-ex will deliver all the freight they recieve.  They are announcing they will do it with less people = less cost.  Mangement is not waiting to fall before cutting cost.  They are making tough decisions before they go to hell in a handbasket.  Unlike GM that had to implode before the union loosened its strangle hold on them.
