I've ordered a pair, so we'll see. They're obviously not meant for heavy duty ice work, but maybe some help on icy trails. We'll see; I'll try to remember to report back on them.

After I read this, I strapped them on and
tried my best to get them to slide sideways.
Maybe they've changed; maybe I'm lucky;
maybe they're waiting for me to use them
on the ice so they can tumble me all the
way down Sassafras Mtn.
Either way, for 8.95, they were certainly
worth a shot.
