Rabbit tastes like rabbit -- albeit the pen raised ones are a tad less tasty.

OTOH -- pen raised turkey are that good a flavor, either.

BTW -- to make this somewhat trail related, VA archery for deer starts 
tomorrow.  So, nice to the hunters, if in my neck of the woods.
