What about the difference between my results and their statement that
"if it's not right, we'll make it right?" Jonathan knew what I was
buying that gear for, never even hinted that it was flimsy as it
turned out to be, and then when it failed ON FIRST USE, I was laughed
at for even thinking that it would work.

Not bitter, angry. Luckily it doesn't come up very often. I got played
and did not like it.

Now, I go to Sunrift Adventures in Travelers Rest, SC. They seriously
understand who keeps the lights on. Occasionally, I'll be looking at
something, and the sales person will say "you don't want that. It
won't do what you need it to." Jonathan was really happy to sell me a
lot of stuff. He just wasn't happy to stand behind what he sold.

You have to make a living. I get that. I love you and you know that.
You just work for someone that I absolutely can not respect. I don't
even disrespect you for that. I will, however, warn people away from
that store every chance I get. All I asked for was a 1/2 store credit
for something that was such crap that it shouldn't have been in the
store. Don't make fun of people for buying crap if it's crap with your
logo on it!

Also, I said yuppy store, not yuppy clothes. You know, the "lifestyle"
folks that think TNF is the good stuff. That's his niche and he's
welcome to it.

Sunrift sells to serious outdoors people. That's what they do. I mean.
the Lifestyle folks are welcome, because, you know, everyone needs a
250.00 piece of gear to wear to the mall, right?
