[at-l] Thru-hike prep/schools/tents

Happened to me at Bly Gap. Chewed in, freaked out when I woke up. I
unzipped the door and shooshed him out.

P.S. Today worse than yesterday. Shaking from it. gonna take an Ambien
and try to sleep the day away. :-)
