[at-l] Using Poles for Defense---

Take said pole and aim it below the breast bone.  It will incapacitate an attacker 
immediately.  Always aim for the l;argest part of the body, don't go for the head.  If 
the individual is running away from you aim for the kidneys.  I firmly believe that 
any male attacking a female should be left on the trail dying.  Otherwise I am a very 
peaceful person who would rather make love than war.  I did the latter and it ain't all 
it is cracked up to be.
