...wish I were beautiful.

I'm leaving in a few minutes with intent of thru-hiking the Foothills Trail.
I must love my dog; I'm carrying 3.5 pounds of food for her.

The GG Vapor Trail that I used all year has split it's self open. Back to
the good ol' yellow Aether 60 of lo these many thousands of miles. I used it
from '04 to early '09. It's probably still got a few left in it.

I'm not hurrying. ~80 miles, and I'm taking 6 days and 5 nights of food.
Might take pictures. Will certainly Twit about it. Will probably show up
here from the top of Laurel Fork falls, just to try and make pToe jealous.

To Bob "Grey Owl" Dudley: Sorry if it seemed I was arguing with you. I
wasn't. Sometimes I sound grouchier than I actually am. When it's "real",
there's usually a very long, rambling diatribe-ish soliloquy involved. Ask
Clyde. Don't ask Camo, as he might cuss a bit when my name comes up.
