   Made 12.5 miles in first 24 hours. Was hoping for 15, but...
   you wouldn't believe the vert profile. Downright Nantahalan. Up
2,000, down 1,000, up 1,250 and down 1,800.
   i'm tired, sore and not sleepy. :-(
