Well, since I've been in my 30 @ 10 a couple of times and 0 in my 10 a few times, I just have a hard ime with that. My 10 bag will make you sweat HARD at 20 if you forget to strip off most of yuor layers.

I heard it said at the light weight gear seminar at ALDHA that the temperature rating of a sleeping bag is the environmental temperature at which you will be dead.
