Forget about the TV.....you'll never miss it after two weeks.....I don't even think about it ever, now.  And I think maybe not watching it has helped my blood-pressure !!  Sorry about the rotator cuff tear.....I feel like I've got one, but my doctor's reading of X-rays says, "arthritis."  Dang !!  But I will continue with trail work......

Keep you chin up......things will get better......how can those things keep YOU down?
