[at-l] We've got Smoke

I've just spent almost an hour with MetroCast
support staff. We tried several tricks to help
me get access to trailjournals.com . He tried to
find a phone number for me to call but was unable
to locate a number. He did find a snail mail
address but it has been a long tie since TJ was
started. Who knows if the address will work. Is
there an email address for trailjournals.com?
Would someone on the list mind checking for me?
The support guy claims the "dns" is
misconfigured. He is using all kinds of techie
talk that I do not understand. I would hope that
trailjournals and MetroCast could techie talk to
one another and straighten this out. I have a
couple of weeks of journal entries and photos to
post for Burnie. She has to satisfy her readers.
And I am going bonkers trying to get this to work
properly.
