[at-l] DC hostel

there is a hostel. Stayed 3 days in 2002. Good, as hostels go. Large.
Convenient to transportation. You can park on street at night free but
must move car early as they are diligent - but cheap I think -
ticketers. May have some rooms for like 4 they might give a family.
