[at-l] southern snow

I talked to Ox (GAME99) this morning. He's been doing a lot of trail clearing lately. All the blow downs between NOC and Spence Field are fixed. He reports the trail is clear of snow to about 4500'. Snow is 6" to knee deep to 5500'. There have been the usual number of blow downs, but it seems that many of what has been reported has actually been the rhoto bowing under the snow snow load. Also the normal 8 foot clearance has been reduced to 5 or less because the snow depth has been 3 feet deep or more.  The maintainers have been out in force doing a great job. Take a bow, SMHC.
