Dear friends of the AT
 
There is a site where the US government can solicit citizen input about the best use of federal lands.  Currently this site has a benign sounding post about permitting the use of bicycles in areas where they had been previously forbidden all the name of fairness.  For many this appeal to egalitarianism sounds reasonable.  However, this threatens to completely change the character of the Pacific Crest Trail.  Please log into this site and vote against this proposition.
