Ouch. Take care of that knee. I pulled a back muscle doing yard work. My hiking is done until after my next surgery, whenever that will be. Arthritis, spurs, etc, are screwing with my right foot. The toes are lumpy, swollen and stiff. After that I'll worry about the knee... At Some point I WILL be testing the docs work on the Foothills Trail.
