[at-l] Doc tomorrow

Today they decided that it was semi-scrod. Get injection tomorrow under the
glaring buzz of the ultra-sound. At least it will be in the right place!

This is an awesome doc. He works with older athletes very heavily, even
though his specialty is just gerontology. 55-year-old marathoners understand
other old duffers, I'm guessing.
