[Felix J]

            12 years ago today My posse added one temporary
            member: Snail-no-more. He drove us back from DC
            and hiked with me/us for about 5 days. On this
            particular day we hiked 12-ish miles to Laurel
            Creek Shelter. I think we got there after dark.
            Sundown didn't get there at all. I wouldn't see
            him again for a couple of weeks. (After the
            scene of 12 years ago last night....it's amazing
            I ever saw him again. )
