The Center for Biological Diversity's online newsletter has a special edition
today just for April Fools Day and it's a hoot. You can read it at:
http://www.biologicaldiversity.org/publications/earthonline/endangered-earth-online-no558.html

Some of the headlines are:

In Idaho, Eight-foot Endangered Earthworms Run Amok

New NRA Initiative Aims to Put Lead Back in Paint, Gasoline

Elk Herd Storms Mount Hood National Forest Office

Brain-controlling Fungi Turn Ants Into Mindless Zombies

Of course, the "Earthworms" headline caught my eye right off. It's
a hilarious story.
