I cut and paste all of this from http://www.raysweather.com/  -- as usual, Roan Mtn has the highest totals and the summit has probably received well over 100 inches so far this winter - Beech Mtn is almost at 90 inches - most of which since early December - respectable numbers for season-to-date even for higher elevation new england standards.

Near the Roan Summit on the NC/Tn line 30" plus with drifting snow in
many places 6-10 feet and more. The winds at elevations above 5800' were
just too high to make for an enjoyable jaunt.
These readings were all taken on the Tn. side where we are surrounded
on three sides by the NC border--essentially the north and northwest
slopes of the mighty Roan. This compilation is as of dusk Saturday."
