Commercial? Don't know. But there is a woman who does shuttles listed on the
website <http://www.lycoming.org/alpine/> (bottom of the page).
No idea of the cost. It's about 30 road miles or so from one end of the
trail to the other. Guidebook is written east-bound, and there's a very nice
parking lot/trailhead at the east end. West end is essentially a wide spot
in the road with about enough room for five cars...

<Are there commercial shuttles in the area?>
