What day do you think they'd cover something like this for 
new employees?   Before lunch on Day 1?   :-)))
(She also took a red marker and drew a box around the 
address and wrote "TO" next to it.  Could they not have 
figured out the great big address in the middle was the "TO" 
address and the address in the top left corner, which she 
wrote "From" next to,  was the 'From' address?)
