[at-l] Water Delaware Wind Gaps

Seasonal Spring at mile 1276.1 (Awol guide) is flowing well. SOBO hiker
reports spigot at Kirkridge shelter is off.This makes the spring at
1276.1 the only water between Wind and Delaware Water gaps. Look for
the maroon sign with blue letters left of the trail for Nobo's. Sign is
hard to see for SoBo's keep eyes right 1/2 mile past Wolf rocks. The
spring is 200 feet off trail. Flowing at over 10 liters per minute.
