(Hey, the ol' scale used to stop additional wind chill effects at 40mph -- does the new one do that? {"New" as of, what[?] -- ten years ago???} So 80mph would be just as cold as balmy 40mph??? In the flurry of info that went by, I..... Oh, nevermindddd.)
