### Stopped in at DWG on Monday, and chatted for a while with those that were there. Good folks. And saw that Stumps had indeed stopped in around 5/25. He must'a been *movvvvving.*

Checked the logbook on the porch of the mid-Atlantic A.T. office in Boiling Springs last Saturday…..just to see who was passing through……saw that Stumpknocker was on the loose (dated 5/25)  again, headed to VT…..he’s timed it just right for the heat of the summer.  It was blistering on Saturday.  Sorry I missed him.  And he’ll probably be through Duncannon before it’s Trail Town celebration on Saturday, June 2.    Md/hiker
