[at-l] Chicken Sandwich

A chicken sandwich would be good to pack for the start of a hike.  The ones I’ve had in restaurants are pretty unappetizing: a microwaved chicken breast on a hamburger bun.  I’m sure there’s better recipes out there.  Anyone have any faves?
