[at-l] Mark Wenger resigns as ATC CEO

Maybe this knowledge will float to the surface at the meeting in North Carolina.  If so, would someone please pass it along to the list.  It's very curious that he's leaving after so short a time.  I also found it interesting that they said that he was leaving an organization that has a $7.3 million budget, all in a short three paragraphs.  <G>  anklebear
