[cdt-l] Plantar Fascia stretch

I've experienced such severe pain on the underside of my foot  between the 
toes and arch towards the outside on the foot  where  I could only walk so far 
without stopping and scrunching my toes for  relief.   I'd them be able to walk 
from 10 feet, to perhaps a couple  miles, before stopping and scrunching 
again.  
 
Is this plantar fascia?   WAG's OK!  ; )
 
BTW, this started on the pavement near El Malpais and lasted 2000 miles  
before it relieved itself.  : (
