[cdt-l] Rat Creek Fire

According to the Wisdom Ranger office the CDT is closed in the
vicinity of Schultz Saddle. Road 106 though Gibbons Pass remains open
to through traffic only, and everything northeast of the road to the
Divide is closed. It sounded like the CDT closure starts at Gibbons
Pass, but it might be worth checking if you can continue northeast 4
miles to Trail 78.

There are not closures in the Anaconda Pintler Wilderness at this time.
