[cdt-l] Newsreader access restored (admin)

Users are welcome to browse this lists via newsreader software 
(thunderbird, etc.) once again.   You do not need to be subscribed to do 
so.  Point your favorite newsreader at news.backcountry.net and you'll 
find a mirror of the backcountry.net lists as local.at-l, local.pct-l, 
etc.  

Thanks to Steve Landis for keeping on me about this.

PS: AOL people are still screwed because AOL intercepts nnrp and sends 
it to a local proxy.
