[cdt-l] Giving 2007 Feedback on CDT Maps

Whatever works best for you. I take everything and just file it together
until the following winter - random e-mails, trailjournals posts that I
happen to notice, written-up e-mail, and I usually get some printed-out maps
with various notes & lines drawn on them. GPS coordinates are a little
harder for me to interpret only because I have to type them in somewhere,
but for specific cases, they can be helpful. Thanks in advance for anything
you can send back!

Subject: Giving 2007 Feedback on CDT Maps

Jonathan: How would you like CDT hikers to give you feedback on your maps?

Should we just say, "On map NM31, near the middle of the map, around where
it says "FS28" the trail is hard to see because of a recent fire." (I'm
making this up as an illustration.)

Or would you prefer GPS coordinates in addition to the map number? Would GPS
coordinates be at all useful?

Would you prefer the feedback as we come across it, or in one jumbo email at
the end of the hike?

Lastly, I'm printing the maps and I'm very happy with them. Thank you! Your
printing advice is perfect: I used HP Presentation Paper and it looks great!
I'm fortunate to have the HP OfficeJet Pro K550 which automatically flips
the paper for duplex (double-sided) printing. :-)

Take care,
