[Cdt-l] gps datum

The following sentence comes from J-Ley´s 2006 cdt-rom:

Each map now includes a compass rose. The center
		  of the compass rose is located at a known location, indicated by the GPS
		  coordinates (123.1234 style, based on WGS84/NAD83 data) printed next to the compass rose on each map.
