[Cdt-l] CDT GPS Coordinates

What resources are there for GPS coordinates along the CDT?  I saw a 1999
book called "The Continental Divde GPS Companion."    I also saw J. Fey's
comments on how to use his maps to identify CDT waypoints.

Are there other resources, hopefully more recent/up to date?
