[Cdt-l] Water filter & water bags

I would appreciate help in determining when to carry a water filter and water bag from Winter Park, CO to Grants, NM.
Last year I used Aquamira from Canada to Winter Park, and also from Grants to Columbus.  I added a water filter and a water bag from Grants.
