[Cdt-l] Jonathan's maps New Mexico

I've been printing out the maps from Jonathan's CD-Rom and for some reason cannot get New Mexico Map #36 to print. Anyone else had that problem. It just comes out totally blank. When you have the print preview the screen is blank....?

One or two of the maps also had a dark bar across a part of the map - which blanks out a small part of the map. Anyone else have this problem? Most are fine, though.
