[Cdt-l] Ley maps compass rose coordinates.

I admit to being a GPS newbie.  Trying to learn.   I just bought a Garmin
Oregon GPS.     Do I need to buy a particular Garmin program to be able to
download these Ley map coordinates (or any others) onto my GPS?

Anyone have a file of the compass rose map coordinates?  It seems like it
would be easy enough to do with each labeled according to maps numbers.
Since it would only be 200 something points , it would also be easy enough
to load beforehand.
