[Cdt-l] Permit to enter Canada

Hi all.  I saw somewhere a topo map showing the AT, PCT and CDT all together to show the overlay/comparison of elevation gains.  Has anyone seen this or did I dream it?  If you have a link to this could you send it out?  Thanks!

I'm now contemplating going northbound to Canada and may be able to do the Highline Trail into Waterton Lakes. Do we need the form (as I got for the PCT) Permission to enter Canada, or is having your passport at the border sufficient?
