[Cdt-l] Wolf Creek Pass parking

There is a dirt road FR 402 on the north side that I parked a car at for
a week in 2002 without any problem. (You might even find a shay spot)

We parked about a 100 yards south of the trail for 10 days in 2006, 
along with 10 or so other cars...  There is a creek there too!
