I was backpacking in the Wind River range over the last two weeks and
when I was driving to the airport in SLC, was approached by police in
Rock Springs Wyoming who had been chasing me for over a hundred miles
because my wife and I fit the description.

You have more of a chance of danger from lightening or other people in
the area than those two. They are not apt to be on a trail of any
sort.
